Time and time again, WGS Plastic Services has been on large scale projects with multiple HDPE fusion crews working in different sections on the jobsite. We are fusing 24″ DR 11 HDPE pipe and getting 12 to 16 fusions per day and the other crews have been getting half of our production (sometimes as little as 2 to 4 joints per day). We have even completed successful fusion work in minus (-) 50 degree Celsius weather.
